These Website and Digital Products Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TheLevverageLab, LLC, doing business as LEVVL ("LEVVL," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the levvl.co website and your purchase of any digital products sold through it, including the LEVVL Financial Wellness System (the "Product").

By accessing the website or completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not access the website or make a purchase.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you are also a user of the LEVVL mobile application, please refer to the separate App Terms of Service, which govern that product exclusively.

1. The Website and Products

1.1 Website

The levvl.co website provides information about LEVVL products and services, financial wellness education, and access to our free financial profile quiz. The website is for informational purposes only. Nothing on the website constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice.

1.2 Digital Products

LEVVL currently offers the LEVVL Financial Wellness System, a Notion-based digital template and educational resource designed to support personal financial organization and education. Additional digital products may be offered in the future and will be subject to these Terms unless separate terms are provided at the time of purchase.

1.3 No Financial Advisory Relationship

Purchase or use of any LEVVL digital product does not create a financial advisory, fiduciary, or professional services relationship between you and LEVVL. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information or tools provided through our products.

2. Purchases and Payment

2.1 Payment Processing

Digital product purchases are processed through Gumroad, Inc., a third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you agree to Gumroad's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms. LEVVL does not directly collect or store your payment information.

2.2 Pricing

Product prices are displayed at the time of purchase. LEVVL reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

2.3 Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically via an access link provided immediately upon confirmed payment. Delivery is considered complete when the link is made available to you. You are responsible for ensuring your device and software are compatible with the delivered format (currently Notion). A free Notion account is required to access and use the product.

3. Refund Policy

All sales of digital products are final. LEVVL does not issue refunds on digital products once a purchase is completed and the product has been delivered.

The sole exception is if the delivered link is non-functional due to an error on our part. In that circumstance, LEVVL will, at its discretion, either provide a corrected replacement link or issue a full refund. To report a delivery issue, contact us within 7 days of purchase at the address in Section 10.

If you have questions about the product before purchasing, we encourage you to review all available product information or contact us prior to completing your purchase.

4. License and Permitted Use

4.1 License Grant

Upon confirmed purchase, LEVVL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased digital product for your own personal, non-commercial financial wellness purposes.

4.2 Restrictions

You may not, without the express prior written permission of LEVVL:

  • Share, distribute, or otherwise provide access to the product to any other person or entity

  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the product or any rights to it

  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the product for sale or distribution

  • Use the product or any portion of it in any commercial product or service

  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices included in or on the product

Personal use includes using the product for your own financial planning and organization. It does not include using the product to provide financial services, coaching, or planning to others, whether paid or unpaid, without a separate written agreement with LEVVL.

4.3 Requests for Extended Use

If you wish to use the product in a way not permitted under Section 4.2, you may submit a written request to LEVVL at the contact address in Section 10. LEVVL has no obligation to grant such requests and will evaluate them at its sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

The LEVVL website, all digital products, and all content, design, text, graphics, and materials associated with them are owned by TheLevverageLab, LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership interest to you.

5.2 Trademarks

LEVVL, TheLevverageLab, and associated logos and brand marks are trademarks of TheLevverageLab, LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks without prior written permission.

6. Affiliate Program

LEVVL operates an affiliate referral program. If you participate in the affiliate program, your participation is subject to these Terms as well as any additional affiliate program terms provided to you at the time of enrollment. All affiliate marketing must comply with FTC disclosure requirements. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with LEVVL in any content, post, or communication that includes your affiliate link.

7. Quiz and Email Collection

The LEVVL website offers a free financial profile quiz. By completing the quiz and submitting your email address, you agree to receive email communications from LEVVL, including your quiz results and follow-up educational content. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

THE WEBSITE AND ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEVVL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LEVVL does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that digital products will meet your specific financial goals or circumstances. All educational content is general in nature and is not tailored to your individual situation.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEVVL AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR ANY DIGITAL PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH IT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LEVVL'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, LEVVL's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
