TheLevverageLab, LLC, doing business as LEVVL ("LEVVL," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the levvl.co website and sells digital products through it, including the LEVVL Financial Wellness System. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect from website visitors and digital product buyers, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information.
This policy applies exclusively to the levvl.co website and digital product purchases. It does not apply to the LEVVL mobile application, which is governed by a separate privacy policy.
By accessing levvl.co or completing a purchase, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you have questions, contact us using the information in Section 9.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
We collect personal information you voluntarily provide in the following contexts:
Quiz participation: When you complete the LEVVL financial profile quiz, we collect your first name and email address. We do not collect financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, income figures, or any sensitive financial data through the quiz.
Product purchase: When you purchase a digital product through Gumroad, Gumroad collects your name, email address, and payment information. LEVVL receives your name and email address from Gumroad for order fulfillment and customer support purposes. We do not directly collect or store payment card data.
Direct contact: If you contact us by email at talk2us@levvl.co, we collect the information you include in your message.
1.2 Automatically Collected Data
When you visit levvl.co, certain data is collected automatically by the platforms we use:
Squarespace analytics: Squarespace collects standard website analytics including pages visited, time on site, referral source, browser type, and approximate geographic location at the country or region level. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.
Google Search Console: We use Google Search Console to monitor how levvl.co appears in Google search results. This tool provides aggregate data about search queries and site performance. It does not collect personal information about individual visitors.
1.3 Cookies and Tracking
The levvl.co website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies through the platforms listed above. These may include functional cookies necessary for the site to operate and analytics cookies used to understand how visitors interact with the site. A cookie consent notice is displayed to visitors in accordance with applicable law. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
We do not currently use advertising cookies or social media tracking pixels. If this changes, this policy will be updated prior to any such tracking commencing.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your personal information for targeted advertising on third-party platforms at this time.
3. Email Communications
By submitting your email address through the quiz or any other opt-in on levvl.co, you consent to receive email communications from LEVVL. These may include your quiz results, educational content, product announcements, and promotional offers.
All marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking that link. Transactional emails related to a purchase, such as order confirmation and product delivery, are not subject to marketing opt-out.
We manage email communications through Kit (formerly ConvertKit), a third-party email marketing platform. Your email address and name are stored in Kit in accordance with their privacy policy.
4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
We share personal information only as described below. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
4.1 Service Providers
We share data with the following third-party platforms that help us operate the website and deliver our products:
Squarespace, Inc. — website hosting and analytics
Typeform — quiz delivery and email/name collection
Kit (ConvertKit, Inc.) — email marketing and list management
Gumroad, Inc. — payment processing and product delivery
Google LLC — Search Console (aggregate search performance data only)
Each of these providers is subject to their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We encourage you to review their policies if you have questions about how they handle your data.
4.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal process, such as a court order or government request.
4.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

We may in the future integrate additional tools such as social media advertising pixels or affiliate tracking platforms. 5.1 Email Opt-Out
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly at talk2us@levvl.co.
5.2 California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
The right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
The right to request deletion of your personal information
The right to opt out of the sale of your personal information
The right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights
LEVVL does not sell personal information. To exercise your CCPA rights, contact us at the address in Section 9. We will respond to verified requests within 45 days.
5.3 Virginia, Colorado, Texas, and Other State Residents
Residents of states with applicable consumer privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, or port their personal data. To submit a request, contact us at the address in Section 9.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining your email subscription, fulfilling purchase records, and complying with legal obligations.
If you unsubscribe from our email list, your information will be removed from our active marketing lists. Gumroad retains purchase records in accordance with their own data retention policies. You may contact us to request deletion of your personal information from our systems.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. For significant changes, we may also notify you by email if we have your address on file.
Your continued use of levvl.co or our digital products after a policy update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
8. Children's Privacy
The levvl.co website and our digital products are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
